With my D+ account in EU I can't switch to different country catalog (info) ..
.. so I can't test - and the info from (incomplete) log don't help:
"[Info]: [DownloadDisney]" "output file not exist :0 (Unknown error)"

But if only one epi is affected ..
.. there is a high probability that the problem lies with D+

You get the wanted epi at NF in USA

Issue verified here as well. I was hoping my pause the episode trick would work around it.
I do see several copies of the episode on the usenet, 926 Mb and 1.5Gb if you want it in 1080p.
Assuming here you do not have Hulu... as if you did, it would be available in 1080p h265 10.

My experience with this error is there is a decryption key issue. Usually on Prime, retrying the episode usually works. Obviously not here.

That's pretty much the route I took, I'm apprehensive about H.265 on older material, but I suppose 2018+ isn't too bad... It's like they want me to write a quantizer analyser for video streams...

Hulu's h265 10 L4.1 compression is actually VERY good! The Conners isn't exactly old content. Hulu's coding shows the film grain very well on shows that have it too. I am pretty picky when it comes to compression artifacts and will say Hulu is 99.44 pure.
