Adding to this: I’m getting this on 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple on 4K with DVDFab 13.0.6.0. Out of sync almost immediately (first 2 minutes in). I did NOT experience this with that title when I retried with MakeMKV, meaning this is definitely a DVDFab issue.
