bought the westworld series and the westworld movie... the movie did download.. but the series refuses...analyze fail with some errors in the log about

can watch from chrome... can't watch via stream fab... doesn';t like the player... so seems isolated to streamfab...
If it continues, you may want to try renaming the streamfab cache.
If that does not work, then close streamfab. Delete the streamfab.log. Then, open streamfab and recreate the steps that cause the issue.
Once it starts to happen, maybe just to be sure, let it go a few minutes, then open the streamfab settings, and there should be a feedback option. (see screenshot below)
Do that, you can type a summary of the issue. Your streamfab.log will be sent along with the summary to streamfab feedback.
You could try posting a log here, in the forum in a separate post, but unless it's an obvious issue on your end, it can only be fixed by streamfab.
