Highest Resolution 960x540?

A few days ago I could download movies with a higher resolution, but know the max resolution is 960x540. Tested with several movies and series and all codecs & profiles

Is this a known issue or is it something on my side?
Watching higher resolutions on TV is no problem.

Film Production is Columbia Pictures
is a member of the Sony Pictures Motion Picture Group

It's a Sony - info

Since mid Oct 2023 NF only offers 540p for Sony and Universal Movies, if Widevine
Software Decryption is used. Better quality is only with Hardware Decryption.
