Disney Series random settings

I tried downloading Daredevil and the bear. But I have to download episode by episode. If I choose more than episode it is random what I get. Only the analyzed episode is correct. Rest random. Dolby Vision, HDR10+, SDR, H265/H264 even tough I have chosen H.265 SDR.

I selected H265 SDR for s01e01-e03 and s02e01 + s03e01 after analyzing only ep1

(for faster test only 480p) - all three s01 epi have H265 SDR like selected:

but s02e01 + s03e01 come as H264 ..
.. so it's needed at least to analyze an epi from all 3 seasons (selected 2 epis for s02+s03)
s03e01+02 are H265 SDR but after s02e01 H265 I get s02e02 in H264 (never listed in Dowloaded ?)

Ergo: Easy selection or unattended dl is so not possible with same H265 selection

for example i have added the full season of born again. i noticed after i have downloaded the whole season that episode 2+5+7 were downloaded in Dolby vision and episode 9 in h.264. see pic. but when i analyze each episode it works without any problems.
