And that is exactly why screenshots alone are often useless in providing the information needed to solve the problem. I stand by what I wrote. The original source must be in 4k in order to download in 4k. Had you provided your StreamFab.log I would have found out that you were attempting to download in H264 or that the original source was uploaded in H264. You will never get 4k with H264 as pointed out by @Germania and @Stan001 . As a new member, I suggest you read the excellent how-to article "How to post issues in the StreamFab section" written by @jpp72 at https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/streamfab-support/streamfab/433509-how-to-post-issues-in-the-streamfab-section.

Oh, so you want logs for clarification type of post. okay. I'll make sure I posts all the logs for anything I ever ask and show tons of screenshots of everything that goes with those logs. I'll also make sure I post everything about my system as well just so there is no confusion about anything. I hope my future posts don't become too long and get ignored because of the amount of information being post. It is not a problem. You will have to bear with me as a new member and all.
btw... H.264 with a level 5.1 will be able to deliver 4k at 30. You should ask me how I know. :) If the information available on streamfab website is any indication on how information is displayed, I don't have any hope on how amazing the excellent how-to-article is on the forums. but hell, let's all have a log party for all the questions. I to stand by what I wrote earlier. If you have a link that highlights 1080p, 4k, and you go to read those articles and it mentions nothing about 4k, is that correct? The wording is wrong and misleading. having to go to a forum to upload logs to get a simple answer that should have easily been found anywhere through a FAQ section or some simple instructions is insane.
hope you have a great day. I am getting all my logs ready for my next post as it seems streamfab can't download a basic youtube video anymore after running for 24 hours, restarting app and then a full re-install. I do hope, that when I am done with my troubleshooting and post all the information and answer is going to be giving post haste as I do expect a piece of software that cost 280 dollars to work as intended. :)
