Can't connect to server/Accused of using cracked version

Anyone else having trouble logging into Streamfab? downloaded the new update for Streamfab and DVDfab 13 and when i go to authorize it wont connect to servers its telling me to check my connection but im connected?

Nope, today I started 6240 more than 20x with vpn servers in >12 countries
=> no auth problem .. or problem to get key to decrypt

well i unistalled both programs twice and reinstalled the newest updates again twice and same thing happens. i just reinstalled SF 6229 update that i had downloaded from last use and magically it went threw so i thought it would work for dvdfab and i went back to 13038 but its the same BS cant connect to server

since my last post i sent after reinstalling SF6229 i was actally logged out and now i cant log into SF again, what is going on JEEZ

ok i'll look into it, funny thing is when i download the new SF update it says they detected im running a crack version like how? i wouldnt even know where to go to get 1 and plus it was downloaded from the offical site. so weird.

It's normal if SF can't connect to SF server to check your member status:

is it ok to delete the old host file after moving new file over or just keep old renamed file?

Because I don't know if you have the entries you want ..
.. I would rather rename or copy them and set everything to default in the original.

Please note to restart afterwards or disable and re-enable the connection so that the change takes effect

In the meantime, I installed SF 6229 on another (previously SF free) device
and also got the piracy message..
.. but authentication with my test account here
went smoothly via connecting web-backend-us.dvdfab.cn

when i used web-backend-us.dvdfab.cn it looks like it working i came up with 4 packets sent and recieved 0 loss, im not computer savy so pls bare with me.

If the manual connection to the authorization server works ..
- and we thus also exclude the DNS server as an error -
.. something is blocking StreamFab64.exe from connecting.

This is usually regulated by the firewall
(or you have caught digital vermin)

Is the hosts file permanently clean now?

Is the connection established via LAN or WiFi?
If WiFi, try connecting via cable
Any changes to the router?

i just reinstalled SF agian with the same result but this time if i let it set Home screen for SF then authorize after a few minutes it goes right threw same with dvdfab. for some reason its doing multiple reattempt to the server untill it connects.
