I have a few question about UHD After Editor and Blu-ray After Editor.

1. Does UHD After Editor support HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision?
2. Does Blu-ray After Editor and UHD After Editor support one mpls, multiple m2ts movies?

When I want to replace audio and subtitles, I have to replace audio and subtitle in 0001.mpls,0002.mpls,0003.mpls,0004.mpls and I don't have to replace them in 0800.mpls. But one problem If I dont replace them , I cant change language. Am I right?

But in case add audio and subtitle, I have to add audio and subtitle in 0001.mpls,0002.mpls,0003.mpls,0004.mpls. How should I do in 0800.mpls?

Yes. They are supported.

"one mpls, multiple m2ts movies" are supported.

But one problem If I dont replace them , I cant change language. Am I right?

If you don't replace them, languages cannot be changed at present.

How should I do in 0800.mpls?

Select that title, click Edit to proceed, it's like you edit other regular titles.
