I am experiencing the same problem. It gives me a 7131 error while playing.
After clicking “Analyze”, it is stuck in analyzing audio and subtitles...

If you can't play, then analyzing won't work either ..
.. I can't currently test (no VPN @ work possible) - which vpn country you choose?

Please change the Amazon Region in VIP Settings from Auto to PrimeVideo.com and restart SF

Head Over Heels (2025) is available at PV in 107 countries ..
.. so it should not only work at PV, but also at amazon.com, amazon.de or amazon.co.uk

I wonder if the OP is simply seeing the playback video error, such as the one that creeps up with AMZ says your browser is outdated.

I solved it, it's an issue with the Amazon account

By the way, is there a problem with the user center of DVD fab? I am currently unable to log in to any products
