Stuck in video parsing and nothing happens

Hi,

are more than a week, that i'm fighting, with Netflix, because for the entire of the content, i'm always stuck in this step:
And nothing happens.
I must to try more and more times for the same content, and sometimes, I can catch video and audio menu, where I can choose the quality, audio etc.

Why?

How can I fix it?
Someone have also this issue?

I must to send a feedback by StreamFab?

Using VPN ? - If so, try a different vpn server

Close SF, rename the StreamFab.log and rename your cache - like here
start SF, relogin at NF, try once and if analyze fails close SF
and attach your new StreamFab.log to your post

I use a vpn, and I tried to change, but same story.

So I tried to:
1 Close SF
2 Rename the StreamFab.log
3 Rename your cache, not possible, windows11 told me that is in use, but streamfab is closed, i check also in task manager.
4 So I start again StreamFab, NF was not logged, strange, so I tried to login, but now recognize more ip, so impossible to login. I must to wait 24h maybe. Happens in the past, damn...

If so, try a vpn server near your home location - like here

btw: Are you using Proxmos again?

I use Surfshark and I use Italy, because my NF Account is Italian.
With Netflix I have a virtual machine with VMWare Workstation. Some months ago, works without any problems, now is very very slow and fail almost of the time.

I know that I must to provide logs, so I'm trying to catch them, and I'll post it, asap.

I see no login error - but perhaps the cache is corrupt ..
And please try to start the title before analysis

I've never said that your cache is in "Documenti\DVDFab\StreamFab"
this is only the SF default - but it is not normal that is blocked when SF is closed (some seconds)
- so I think your VM is blocking something and I don't know why there are two different temp\cache

If you can't rename the cache, create a new folder for Temp anywhere else
and change to this directory in SF Settings for Temp - relogin required

Mine didn't work on July 6 in morning, but then did in the afternoon. In morning just "stuck analyzing" ... tried later, and shazam. I am going to guess for my locale (Calif. USA; no VPN), was simply a traffic issue due to the holiday weekend. Dunno.

Why do you think this affect Italy (if it works for me in Italy with same vpn provider) ?
