Unable to download sinners on Max.

Title Analyzes fine. When it goes to download though it analyzes for a bit then fails. Failure starting download, please contact us for help.

I did get it to work at 1080p using h.265 SDR. Seems the problem is only using HDR, 1080p and 4k resolutions. I did not try DV as my TV doesn't support it.

I can only confirm the issue - same for me ..
.. looks like all new releases (like last Duster) are effected
I also got a maximum of 1080p H265 SDR for Duster.s01e07 - here
and maximal bit rate for H264 works also for Sinners.

Using Dolby Vision does successfully download even 4K.

This confirm that it's not really a key problem - but the log is useless in this case.

Perhaps Max has found a way to recognize that an SF PC is not a TV ..
.. and basically no provider offers 4k for Chrome under Windows
(I'll try Sinners with DV 4k after work)

Therefore, a fix is required for SF - no user can change this behavior.
But if nobody uses feedback in the SF menu or the contact form to report
the problem, it can take forever - posting in forum alone change nothing.

The latest episodes do fail. it only works on the previous episodes. Streamfab tries downloading the previous episodes first.

I reported this in the app, they are aware at least from my report.
