I always delete these files on any update (manual):
StreamClient.exe (the component that may re-encode)
StreamUpdate.exe (the updater)
FabReport.exe (crash reports, mine crashes but it's always my own fault)
I have a couple of custom scripts and do sone tweaks to the inbuilt Chromium too whether that makes any difference.
Streamfab is a great program that was a one-time cost. Don't be too harsh on it as it's a workaround or "hack" to protection placed on media.
Communication isn't their strong point being Chinese, but they try.
If it ever tries to re-encode, it fails. All downloads are downloads currently. and data is in are in line with *other* tools.
No dice with my nukes (post 122) AMZN account, they will not re enable it but hardly surprising. shame we can't use "gift cards" or virtual cards for subs or I could "wing it"
