Hello, I have a problem with streamfab, I had to format my PC and I reinstalled streamfab on my PC and since then when I download a movie or series it downloads the video and when it is to switch to audio nothing happens and I have the download failed and that is on prime, netflix, disney plus and canal +, can you help me to solve the problem because I do not know if it comes from me or from streamfab and that I have to wait for the update. thank you for your help.

Why should it come from StreamFab if I don't have the problem?
I currently have >40 titles dl from PrimeVideo within the last 2 hours - without issues

Can you attach your StreamFab.log of a tested
Netflix or PrimeVideo (without paid Channel) title?

Please close SF, rename the StreamFab.log
start SF, try once and after fails close SF
and attach your new StreamFab.log to your post

No problem for me with H264 mp4 in France

same problem with: Bob le Train L'alphabet Aventure Pour les Enfants en Français
and Pierre Lapin and La famille addams

So you've "only" a remux problem (DL okay) - check if ffmpeg.exe exist in SF dir
For test only try again with VIP Video Format mkv(mkvtoolnix)

btw: I wrote "try once and after fails close SF" ..
.. and not test multiple titles to waste my time

j'ai essayer et quand il veut faire le remix ca me met échouer, je vois pas quoi faire de plus a part peut etre reformater mon ordinateur.

Possibly missing permissions for SF temp or SF directory ..
.. you could try running SF as admin

But you should completely remove SF and reinstall it.

Try using a new SF temp folder on C: instead of H:
(is H: a NAS ?)
