Error Code 213 when trying to download final stage of Tour de France

I'm stuck with version 6.2.4.6 because I couldn't find the download of 6.2.4.5. I'm trying to download the final stage of the Tour de France from Peacock and am persistently getting Error Code 213. I've reinstalled after deleting the log and temp directories several times with no change. Any ideas what that means?

Well, I don't know if an older version will resolve your problem.

It IS apparently possible to download older versions, but only if you've purchased the "extended download service" option which is $9.99:

"Since you have StreamFab Extended Download Service under your account, you can download all and previous versions of StreamFab program, just sign into Member Center at http://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm and click Extended Download Service to get it."

are you trying to download a "Live stream" ?? or has it finished airing ??
Live streams are currently not supported by streamfab.

I keep all my download versions in a "DOWNLOADS" folder for future use/roll back. Seems like a good practice unless you have the extended download service in your account, as another fellow mentioned.

Since it's been less than 24 hours since finale, I would wait at least a full day to try the download again.

I too can no longer download from Peacock after 6.2.4.5. I downloaded Tour de France stages 1-15 with 6.2.4.5 with no problem. As soon as I upgraded to 6.2.4.6 (to fix the problem with HBO Max) Peacock started spinning endlessly trying to analyze. 6.2.4.7 gave me hope - iIt would finish analyzing and downloading. But it was only getting the first 7 minutes or so of each stage - basically the download would end as soon as the first commerical break.

Anyway, logs are attached. I tried stage 20 again tonight and it spun for several minutes. I cancelled and tried Stage 19. This time it only recorded 9 seconds.
Hope this helps with finding the resolution. Really don't want to be bopping back and forth between StreamFab versions each time I need to rip from a different streaming services.

Peacock working for me in general terms; not necessarily for the specific programming you're trying to DL. I often have issues with any live programming. Just captured four 1080p movies without issue, so Peacock is working with latest version of SF.

Not sure if it's the same thing but was trying to download WWE SummerSlam. It's 3 hours long but StreamFab can only grab the first 49 mins. Looks like there is an advert at 49 minutes that SteamFab can't go beyond.

Chris - sounds the same. Long events, failing when it hits the ads.

Simchris - I too can download movies from Peacock without issues. Its the events (replay, not live) with ad-supported version that are tripping it up.

Admins - do I need to do something to more than submit the logs above?

I've continued to try downloading the final stage of the Tour de France without any success. Just testing, I was able to download the complete video of Tour de France Femme stage 8 without issue. For stage 21 of the Tour I have had no better luck with StreamFab v6.2.4.6 through v6.2.4.8.

Same. Nothing Streamfab versions 6245-6250 works on the TDF. Some spin forever, later versions just rip through first commericals.

Reverting to 6244 just caused crashes every time I tried to open Peacock. Had to install 6244 in a whole different directory, and then finally able to rip the remaining TDF stages!
