Relating to the account warnings "some" people are getting. If it's not phishing email, then there "should" be legit message in your 'messages' section of the Amazon website account you're using - which would be flagged issue causing fail.

Or, could simply be normal congestion issue which happens from time to time and normal practice is to delete your cache and temp folders then restart the app to rebuilt. Quit. Then launch again. Log out and re-login to your prime video account; try again.

There is apparently a bug in the current version 6.2.4.7 which makes some or all downloads from Prime Video fail.

I had to revert to 6.2.4.6, after which everything was once again working. Let's hope they will fix it in the next version.

I had the warning email and they had disabled me being able to watch anything on prime, which also meant wasn't able to then download from streamfab

They wanted me to contact them to get it un blocked. Didn't want to to, so just closed my Prime account

I reinstalled the offline version 6247 and same again. It appears to be the Latest series in AppleTV+ via Amazon to get the full HD resolution, which is only downloading Audio and then fail.

Yes, and it doesn't help. Reverting to previous version 6.2.4.6 does restore full functionality.

Also, the estimate of the file size is wildly inaccurate in 6.2.4.7. It's about three times as large as the actual file size.

We've had this before, after the major DRM break in 2024. They use a different information source to display the bitrate. @jpp72 can explain why that's the case if he'd like.
