We customers need Linux support. I'm moving away from Microsoft Windows. Going to give Ubuntu a shot. Plex is supported on Ubuntu. It would be best if StreamFab and DVDFab would run on a linux based system. Without having to run wine or something like that.

That’s awesome news! 🎉 I’d love to see better subtitle management (like auto-selecting preferred languages) and faster downloads for longer videos. Also, a cleaner, more modern interface would be a nice upgrade for version 7. Keep up the great work!

Xenos They never charge you for upgrading to a new version, at least they never did when I went from version 5 to 6. They will charge you when new sites are added. I had to pay to get access to Fandango, for example.

S.TV support (Scottish TV, same as ITV but different branding and shows for Scotland) It is only hit and miss ripping at the moment with half shows, very low bitrate on a lot of videos.

When you click on the download triangle, SF analyzes again ..
(e.g. if only ep1 was analyzed previously and ep2 was added)
.. only then is the information recognized and can be displayed

Currently there is a 15 GB requirement for free space on the drive where temporary files go. Which is unnecessary.
Reason: I’m trying to save my SSD drives from excessive writes and I have plenty of RAM (64 GB) and can use some of it for a ramdrive, which is also a pretty quick drive for temporary files.

Now, not even 20 GB for a ramdisk is enough, because even episodes of a TV show sometimes take more than 5 GB of temp space. So, in addition to other suggestions to streamline downloading operations, do remove that ridiculous 15 GB requirement, please.
