I'd like to recommend that we be allowed to add multiple versions of a movie/show to the DL queue at the same time. Want HD, FHD DV EAC3 and UHD HDR10 Atmos? Add all three into one DL session. This would allow me to more quickly gather multiple versions so my family can avoid transcoding when on a weaker wi-fi signal but in my hard wired man cave I get "full" quality.
Repeating what someone else said - include selected quality settings in the DL queue so if you have multiple 'versions' added you can selectively download/delete just the one desired.
I'm no designer, but this is a good mock of what would be useful. Without doing episode by episode analysis, probably would have to have the details ONLY on the show line, not the episode line.
