Trouble downloading Lilo & Stitch

Streamfab does not analyze Lilo & Stitch. It works fine for other titles. Has anyone else had this problem?

Follow up, I did a complete uninstall and a clean reinstall. Disney+ does work on all the other Lilo files but not on the new movie. The movie plays but will not analyze, am I missing something to get it to analyze when it's playing. I haven't run in to this problem before, sorry.

I could try in 10 hours at the earliest (after work).

No problem even on the first attempt:

I tend to have more issues with D+ and HULU VIP capture on weekends. Seems to work better on a Tuesday here in the U.S. -- one of those oddball things, where spinning spinning spinning seems more likely starting Friday nights.
