I guess next step is to backtrack and see if v6.2.5.3 has the same difficulties...

Sounds good - That would probably be my next step in troubleshooting ..
.. since I have never had a Hulu account since I started using SF
(they don't accept international payment methods), I am unable to test it.
Alternate you can also try a complete fresh temp Directory.
There are several Hulu users in the forum,
and so far I haven't seen any further reports.
