Problem with EAC3 AUDIO TRACK with Blu-ray/UHD Creator.

Hello, I'm having a problem with Blu-ray/UHD Creator.
When I try to make a customized backup of a UHD disc with the EAC3 audio format, the encoding starts, but the movie doesn't work at the end;
the image remains frozen and there's no sound.

I have to convert the eac3 or e-ac3 audio format to AC3 for it to work properly. Is this normal ?

I think it worked fine before the August updates. Sincerely,

We have noted the problem description – that when using EAC3/E-AC3 audio format, the output movie freezes with no sound, while converting to AC3 works properly. We also see that this issue has persisted for some time.

I have reminded our development team of this issue and asked them to investigate it as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please continue using the AC3 conversion as a workaround for now. We will post an update in the forum thread once there’s progress.
