I'll bite, what's the "other program"?
I'm using PlayOn desktop for Amazon (haven's used StreamFab for Amazon since this craziness started). Haven't gotten a warning. It downloads in real-time. I believe it's doing a capture and re-encode, so there's some quality loss. I'll take it over getting my account banned. I just q up a bunch of shows and ignore it till the next day.
It ends up with a 1080 file and mostly supports subtitles. It puts a banner at the start of the recording with my e-mail address.
I'd set up a disposable account, but it's sounding like it may just get banned anyway.
There's just seems to be so much inconsistency on the bans.
