Error 702 when choosing MP4 instead of MKV

I get error 702 when I choose MP4 instead of MKV.

This happens with any provider when processing the download. It happens on one computer, but on another, it downloads in MP4 without any issues. What's the technical reason for this?

I'm using the latest version (6.2.2.5). It's been happening for a while.

The reason is probably spelled out for you in the log file... that you didn't provide...

Looks like different Problems:

Netflix

Because you get Spanish for NF - I tried in Argentina with your low bit rates:

=> No problem detected ..
.. so try to rename your cache (if SF closed) - like here

Thanks for responding.

I've attached a new, clean log with two new downloads.

I've tried renaming the cache folder to cacheOld but it still doesn't work.

I was able to fix it by replacing the ffmpeg.exe file in the Streamfab directory with version 6.x (as @Germania suggested in this post I found: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/streamfab-support/streamfab/464069-errors-during-remuxing-on-multiple-services-wow-amazon-joyn-verified?p=464108#post464108)
