From what I have seen, DRM MPD has been having issues.
Wonder if closing the ticket, they are throwing in the towel, but still willing to take people's money.
From what they 'claimed', if you post another post in a closed ticket, it opens again. I never tried.
If that doesn't work, submit another, but only one at a time.
We know they barely read anything in the whole forum and check out all the reports: Search Result - DVDFab Forum.
The support from Dvdfab or related staff seems minimal in the forum now.
