I've been writing to support about 10 com they have an Australian site but it hasn't been resolved for two months now this problem doesn't recognize mpd or m3u8 at all I use vpn express please give me some advice on how I can download from here

10Play has made some serious changes which has broken yt-dlp, so all downloaders that use yt-dlp will likewise fail. The yt-dlp developers are working on a fix, but it has not yet made it into the nightly build, let alone the stable release, which could then be incorporated into streamfab. If you are up to it, you can download the latest experimental python script and compile it to give a version of yt-dlp that will work with 10play ... but being experimental, it is buggy so only use it for 10play. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about python at all. I was still using 9now to download on YT DLP, but can you really help me with python?

Since others have gotten 10play to work with streamfab, SF evidently is using the experimental fix or has a backup method, so you must have another issue there.

As for yt-dlp, the link I gave has instructions so someone with a modicum of computer knowhow can compile the experimental version - you don't need to know how to use python (I don't), just how to install software and use the command line. The instructions are for windows, so if you have another os you are out of luck.
