Hi - I'm so glad you got yours to work. Unfortunately I tried mine again and I'm getting the same error, it must be to do with the fact I'm on the updated version of the amazon UI. Which sucks because the rental I wanted is done in 2 hours so the reason I bought the program was to get it.

It was short lived for me, too. Getting the same "Failure Analyzing This Video" message again. Dammit. :(

It sucks. I just want them to refund me because I literally only bought it and it hasn't worked once.

I totally feel for you. The software is amazing when it does what it says it does. Maybe you can get a refund on the rental and try again another time. Streamfab, on the other hand, who know's their refund timeline? I don't know what's going on. Been checking the forum for days. Yours was one of the few topics backing up my situation. If A/B testing is indeed what's happening quite a few of us are in the unfortunate boat.

I love their bluray ripper and creator tool, for making physical copies of stuff I own digital and backing up stuff but this one has been a nightmare. I know they’re saying they are working on a fix but it’s hard to know if that’s just being said when it’s impossible for them to do if none of the developers have accounts with the issues ours are throwing out.

I hope more folks make a noise. There seem to be plenty of topic views to suggest others are affected. I'm at a point where I'm convinced it's an Amazon tweak, not something we're doing/can troubeshoot, so StreamFab needs to figure it out, or, in your case, give you your refund so you can move on. Hopefully the logs you and the other member posted are helpful to the developers.

Exactly. I tried everything they suggest and I’ve ended up sending an email because the support tickets I’ve got stuck with Rain replying and I saw someone else say she just gives the same reply over and over again.

The support here has never been the best but the big issues get addressed. This one's a stumper as it doesn't affect everyone. I'll let you know if the situation improves.

I don’t know if you saw but Winston has posted a download for a version to test if it’s working. I’m going to try later this evening but in case you didn’t see since I know you’re having the same problem as me. Hopefully this solves it!

I'm able to download again but with some weird issues when adding more than one title to the queue and a mix of TV series and films. The wrong video downloads then. But if I focus on just one title, with nothing else in the queue, I can at least download and that's something. I haven't tested all this out, though. Thanks!

Oh, that’s odd. Make sure to let them know in the thread because he was asking for people to let him know so if it’s not perfect maybe they need to tweak some things a bit still.
