gsargent51 I have started getting issues with attempting to download anything on Netflix. This issue has started in the past week or so. I am getting "Failed to analyze the video Information. Please contact us for assistance. Attached is a copy of the screenshot of the download file. Is anyone else having this issue. I have reported it to StreamFab support.
simchris Did you clear your cache/temp folder, then reboot, then relogin to Netflix? This usually fixes stuff for me. Setting a custom cache/temp folder makes this procedure simpler.
