HBO Max - Error 702

have problem with download of The Chair Company S01 E03...

DL is ok, but after the "Processing" it fails with error code 702...

From what I see in the logs, it seems, that there is some issue with ad detection, but I can be wrong....

Tried deleting the temps, reinstall, change to the h.265 etc...

All is downloaded fine but remuxing fails ..
.. I tried with your settings and selection in Slovakia

and I get the same error 702 while remuxing:
[code]"[CefMedia] The file 'BrownDerbyHistoricVids Little bit of Hollywood? Okayyy.' could not be opened for reading: open file error.\r\n"[/code]

It has to do with the @ at beginning of episode title

So change VIP Video Format mkv(mkvtoolnix) to mkv(ffmpeg) and all is fine

Having the same issues with The Chair Company. In addition to downloading issues, it has also lost the HDR+10 and Dolby Vision 4K options that were available prior to the latest episode.

Disable Auto Analysis, play the episode and analyze it manually ..
.. so it's in "Movie Mode" and all is offered:

Fixed it for me. Thanks! By the way, what's the difference between mkv(mkvtoolnix) and mkv(ffmpeg)? Is one format preferred over the other?

The container is the same, but different tools for remuxing.
Basically, I consider mkvmerge to be more reliable and ffmpeg to be more flexible.

That depends on the provider and the issue at hand.

Many (SF) problems with remuxing subtitles into files, asynchronous audio,
or naming conventions only affect one of the two. So it's good to have a choice.
