TV shows & movies are only available in 540p

I’ve recently noticed that some TV shows and movies are only available in 540p, even though StreamFab shows multiple 720p and 1080p versions available. However, during download, StreamFab displays a message stating that the TV show or movie is only available in 540p. This happens on various platform services (Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount+, Peacock).

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I only know Netflix Sony movies in 540p.
Will have to check Amazon again & Peacock.

I checked with 6261 one movie on Peacock and 1080p, but seems slow processing.
Amazon seems to offer 1080p also.
Netflix anymore, seems most movies are Sony, so max is 540p.

Without specific titles and logs it’s a fool’s errand: I’ve been downloading various titles off amazon just today, and they all came through in 1080p without a problem (both cbr and vbr)

Example: Paramount+, when downloading any episodes of ‘Star Trek - Strange New Worlds’
I’ve selected a resolution of 1080p, but when downloading, the maximum resolution available is 540p.

(NOTE: Due to some upgrade for Paramount+, new videos can only be downloaded in a maximum resolution of 540p. We are still investigating this issue.)

if you have Paramount + through Amazon prime, you can get 1080p

I just tried to download NCIS Sydney. Only in 540p. I’m willing to bet that DVDStreamfab support people are not ever going to fix this. In fact, I’ll bet they are not even trying. Do they even have more than one support person?

I’m a Paramount+ Premium Member, and 540p is the best I can get?

It’s almost certain that streaming platforms have eyes on the FabForums so if i were you, i would crop or blur your next billing date. It narrows it down quite a lot if they want to know who you are

In the US, you only get 540 when downloading from P+ is what I understand. It’s all I get also, well the last time I tried before the sub ran out.

Yes has been stuck at 540 since July/August of this year. Mostly USA.

It was posted before better than 540p available in pretty much the rest of the world (tested Argentina, Australia, UK)

In Germany there is also 540p downgrade with a german P+ Account
(I use an AR account to get 1080p there) but in UK with UK account
and with AUS account in AUS works both fine with 1080p for me.
