snyderg I get an error that I need to downgrade my firmware all of a sudden after the latest update. The firmware on my NS40 is 1.02 and according to your own UHD drive tool, it is UHD Friendly. Please fix and thank you.
Mona You may want to share the uhd_drive_tool.log file to help look into it. Alternatively, please submit the log file via the Feedback feature in the DVDFab 13 Menu. Our staff will analyze the log file accordingly.
