Amazon issue with CBR downloads

When you select CBR it will always download the movie Play Dirty 2025 no matter if you are trying to download any other movie. I don’t know if this is a new thing or not as I haven’t used Amazon in a while.
Example. Try downloading El fuego Inolvidable and select CBR and download it. It also happens with Lunch Always! and a few others.

In which country is “El fuego Inolvidable” or “Lunch Always!” offered ?
Both are only for rent - Can you name an affected title that is included in Prime Video?
