Welcome to the club. I complained many times about various problems with NOW TV (which we paid extra for), but no one at StreamFab support ever cared. Lots of tickets opened and none resolved. In the end, I got tired of it and stopped contacting them. Unfortunately, it’s a small channel (certainly not a global streaming service), so no one cares. Except for the money, of course. Amen.
