I tried to download a video part of a channel that I am subscribed to and it failed. I then purchased the video and it failed again. I am using this software regularly and haven't had an issue like this in a very log time. I am on Mac OS 15.6.1 After clearing the cache didn't work, I did a complete deletion of all streamfab/dvdfab files on my computer including library items, and did a new install. the problem persisted. I can’t test Mac version .. but PrimeVideo changed their layout
and for Windows only the last 2 versions work:

A failure problem when analyzing videos from Amazon Prime Video.
(primevideo.com is still in fixing)

However, the Mac version is older than this change ..
.. so no one in forum can help -> SF Update for Mac needed
