Can't download episodes from Prime

For the last 2 days I haven’t been able to download any episodes from Prime. I can however download movies.
What happens is when I select a series for download, I get the “Analyzing audio & subtitles information …” dialog, and it stays open for ever unless I cancel it.
Anyone else having this issue?

No information on what version of SF you’re using, no information on what region of Prime you’re in, no information on what it is you’re actually trying to download, no log file… How’s anyone supposed to even attempt to help you?

I was on version 6.2.6.0, just upgraded to 6.2.6.1 which has improved the situation, but not by much.
I can now download just the first season of any given series, but beyond that the StreamFab analysis can’t see any more seasons.
My region is Prime India, which recently upgraded its interface, so that might have something to do with it.
Example: I just tried to download Jack Ryan the series, which has 4 seasons. When the analysis page completed, it showed just 8 episodes for season 1.
I tried the same for other shows, and it comes up with just the first season of each.
The only thing that works is to copy the URL for subsequent seasons and paste it into StreamFab, which I personally don’t mind doing as this is how I did things before to ensure the right bitrates for the given season.

only the selected season could by selected - see also here

So disable Auto Analysis in Settings and use the sites for every single season.

Currently there is no way to offer multi season with new PV Layout.

Wow, thanks a lot for that tip, I never knew you could do that, and as others have said on the thread you link to, it makes things much faster and I now no longer have to copy and paste from one browser to another. Win win all round, and I really hope they keep it this way.
