Steps to reproduce the issue:
When I click “Download” after seeing the message “It seems that you just copied a video URL of Hulu (same for Netflix, etc.), would you like to download the video with StreamFab?”, the app always crashes.
To resolve the issue, support offered remote support, which I accepted.
However, three weeks later, they told me, “Remote support is not available because it is not applicable.” (The crashing issue occurs with all versions of StreamFab for Mac from version 6252 onwards.)
I have not received a response from support regarding this inconsistency.
