Hello, the first problem with eac3 sound track isn’t resolved with the last update…….. since 2 months
Now, with your last release
The eac3 and now Dolby true HD (truehd/thd) don’t work…
When I try to make a customized backup of a UHD disc with the EAC3 audio format, the encoding starts, but the movie doesn’t work at the end;
the image remains frozen and there’s no sound.
I have to convert the eac3 or e-ac3 audio format to AC3
For the thd (truehd), no sound but it was working the summer perfectly.
So are we condamned to only use ac3 and downgrade the tracks , that becoming really a problem for the usage of your application.
Please can you resolve this 2 majors probleme about audio track fur uhd custom.
