Yeah, no issues connecting.
What, if anything happens if you then try to authorize?
Can you access the internet ok in other things like a browser?
You also may want to check if your firewall may be blocking access to streamfab.
From past experience a log may not help but with streamfab closed delete the streamfab log then try and then attach a log just on the chance it may contain some info why you can’t connect.
Even a simple reboot of computer and Internet connection may help.
When all else fails, then contact streamfab feedback and include a log to them.
