Hi, I don’t understand. I rarely use this program, but when I do, there’s always a problem. Let me explain. I’ve installed it on two Macs and keep it updated, but I wonder why on both Macs, with YouTube and Amazon, I can’t get past the video parsing error. I’ve followed all the step-by-step guides, from removing the app to deleting the associated files that simply uninstalling doesn’t delete, but the result is always the same. Does anyone with a Mac have the same problem with version 6.2.5.6?
