Different countries in amazon settings in SF

I noticed that in the amazon section under preferences, there are some “amazon countries”,
like US, DE, UK, PrimeVideo….
Because i know that in different countries there are different viewing and/or stremaing licenses, is it possible that one tv show that i’d like to download, if i change the source, will not be available?

it basically changes whether SF goes to .com, .de, .co.uk, or primevideo websites; you still need to be in the correct region for each, there really is no magic, just a selection of what site to go to
