StreamFab 6.2.6.1 ROku Channel no subtitle

Hi, i have a problem with Roku Channel, no subtitle are found by StreamFab but if i play in browser subtitle are present.

I can confirm for SF 625x/626x .. and in mpd is no subtitle
(and mpd url contain always “subtitle_language:unused”)

So I can only offer the manual method:

Open DevTools in your Browser (F12), click on Network and filter: vtt
Now play (or reload) your title, so you should see a vtt URL at the left.

Open url with rightclick in new tab or dl with your default Downloader

I personally have never used chapters, so I’ve no idea how to get ..
.. the only timings I get from API is the adBreaks:

btw: I know the Downloader N_m3u8DL-RE don’t offer chapter markers
and yt-dlp ignore them if the video is DRM protected.

you can try with ffmpeg - Extract chapters: Once the video is decrypted and recombined, use ffmpeg to extract or embed chapter information. If the original video had chapter metadata, it may be accessible via:
ffmpeg -i output.mp4 -f ffmetadata - | grep Chapter

Why do you think pierinho asked for extract chapters ..
.. because there are no chapters in downloaded video

btw: grep is not included in windows (here)
