Many accounts are blocked in other countries ..
.. therefore, a VPN is only really useful if you have an
P+ account (e.g. a trial account) in the VPN country.
Apart from that, many VPN servers are of course also detected/blocked.
I personally can use Argentinia P+ account with VPN in Germany
I would test it if you specify the country of your account
and the destination country (and title if you like)
