I have noticed anything I have that’s interlaced produces 2 green frames at the beginning of each video, that’s just ripping, regular or up scaling to 1080p or up. Also cropping doesn’t work properly in the up scaling, I had a movie that was 4:3 letterbox and wanted to make it 16:9, none of the cropping worked. Had to get out an old program to actually deinterlace the dvd and convert it to 16:9 so I didn’t get the green frames or have to mess with cropping.
