Problem with Dolby Atmos audio track in Blu-ray Creator

Whenever I use Blu-ray Creator to edit an MKV file that contains a Dolby Atmos audio track, the conversion does not start. However, the process works fine for MKV files without an Atmos audio track.
Therefore, I am wondering whether it is possible to use Blu-ray Creator to create a Blu-ray disc from an MKV file that contains a Dolby Atmos audio track. The problem only occurs when Dolby Atmos is present in the audio stream.

UPDATE:
The developer analyzed your log file and found that the issue seems to occur in the burning step.
Please try below to help us better investigate it.

Use Blu-ray Creator to make a Blu-ray folder from the MKV with an Atmos audio track.
Check the folder size. Confirm if the size is suitable for the target blank.
Restart DVDFab, load the folder to Copy - Clone/Burn mode to burn to blank media to see the result.
Please provide screenshots if there are errors during the process.

Instead of burning directly, I tried the “Create folder” option. However, the same error occurs: the processing time during conversion increases to about 12 hours, then 0:00 remaining time is displayed. The progress bar remains constantly at 0%.

No error message appears—the process simply does not continue.

This behavior only occurs when the Dolby Atmos audio track is selected for processing. If I deselect this audio track, both the conversion process and the subsequent burning work without any problems.

The size of the MKV file does not exceed the available storage space on the blank Blu-ray disc.

The MKV TrueHD audio does not have a “Core” DD 5.1 track inside of it. This violates the Bluray standard. You can use MKVExtract to remove the thd audio from the mkv and then use Eac3to to create a thd+ac3 file and then use MKVToolNik to create a new mkv with the new audio that has a TrueHD+Core. Then I run the mkv thru tsMuxerGUI to create a Bluray Folder that is compliant to be burned. That is if it doesn’t need to be compressed to fit a BD25.

Also I forgot to mention if you load the MKV with ATMOS audio into tsMuxer GUI it will let you know if the TrueHD audio has the core or not. If it detects it then it’s compliant or it will tell you it can’t read the HD audio along with all the other parts of the mkv. (H.264, Audio and Subs)
