(Message) DVDFab quit unexpectedly

I have a MacBook Pro 2021 M1 Pro Max. Everytime I try to open up DVDFab 13 it keeps giving the message DVDFab quit unexpectedly. I have installed and reinstalled the program over ten times and still am having the same issue

Hi Ricky, please follow these steps to reinstall DVDFab:

Uninstall the current DVDFab application and move any related files/folders to the Trash.
Download a fresh copy from the DVDFab download center （https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm）.
Install the newly downloaded version and give it a try.
