Tried playing a Dutch bluray but it doesn't work

Hello, I have the latest version of Passkey and I tried playing a recent dutch (shamrock) bluray, but it doesn’t open. I have restarted my computer and it didn’t do anything. A window saying “Error while reading!” keeps appearing. I need some help.

Is that the pop-up with three options, including to ignore?
I’ve been having that on most of my blu-rays since some update.
Just choose to ignore all, and it will take a very long time and then finally it will open it.

If it’s just “error while reading” it could be a dirty disc. Even if new it might be dirty from the factory.
In that case use a micro fiber cloth and some IPA (not the beer, the 99% alcohol type.

Hi guys, besides cleaning the disc, you may also try disabling BluPath in the Passkey > Settings window to load the movie again. Please let us know how it works. Thank you.
