kenfabio When I add more than one episode for download on Viki, the first episode downloads normally, but when I try to start the second one, the video starts playing in the tab and the download doesn’t begin. Is anyone else having this problem?
Aznbombr1022 viki don’t work now. failure analyzing the video please make sure you can access and play back the video. been trying it over and over for a few hours. please fix on the next update.

jcarsal Same error. It tries to analyze the video but it keeps restarting without success, we’ll have to wait.
Stan001 In streamfab itself is a feedback option in the menu. Send them feedback, which will send your logs. There were just reports the other day, and it was something with the Viki website. https://forum.dvdfab.cn/d/469969-viki-endless-analyzing-/ It’s not just one user, so something most likely changed again.

Stan001 I can only say I guess not many use Viki nor do I. I don’t know if it works or what. It’s still listed on the SF website, so since no one here seems to be able to help, keep contacting SF feedback/support. Dado29 Stan001 This post is old and not relevant. Viki downloader has another bug regarding subtitles and they never fixed it so we just stopped complaining about it. We not talking here about problems with subtitles or other bugs. It was working until a few days ago and they wouldn’t complain if it stopped working if it wasn’t.. By the way, there are other ways to download from Viki.com and they fixed this problem very quickly, only SF has other things they need to fix first.
DonnaD I contacted support separately about the issue with Viki before I noticed this thread. They replied back to me promptly to say that the team are aware of the issue and are working on it.
