I download a lot from FawesomeTV, which has a lot of the low-budget content I like. Up until this release, everything was working fine with Fawesome. I tried to download a movie this morning, and it failed twice, giving me the “please contact us for help” error.
Looking at the log, the Youtube Plus service choked on downloading and the AdDispatcherService did not extract an ad list. Whether those two issues are related, is unknown to me. Additionally, an attempted Tubi download seemed to go well, however the AdDispatcherService claimed the same issue. I did not complete the attempted download from Tubi, however. I wanted the 1080p version from Fawesome.
