The current version of Streamfab no longer performs remuxing... Neither with Apple TV nor with Disney+... Everything was normal until yesterday. I always used to remux as mkv (ffmpeg), everything worked fine with Disney in 4k until I tried Apple today, since then nothing works anymore. 1080p seems to work on Disney.

Are you certain of your diagnosis, and it's not the case of your computer working really hard to process (read: decrypt) a 10GiB or so file (yup that takes a while!)? I've been hammering ATV 4K with 6266 and seems to be fine (other than the track selection bug)

My computer is a monster, really. Ryzen 9, Nvidia 4060 Ti with 64GB RAM. It stopped remuxing after I tried Apple TV. Streamfab just freezes after decryption. I uninstalled and reinstalled Streamfab. No change.

you can have a 128 core Epyc, but that won't help in the circumstances; for reference, an episode of ATV on my computer takes about 6 minutes from download to finish writing (and that's with a 2.5Gbps Internet connection, a local RAM disk for TEMP and an iSCSI mounted RAM disk for the OUTPUT folder on a 10GbE backbone).

The issue is that it worked fine until the Apple TV test. 4K and 1080p were no problem.

Use the task manager to find out what's hogging the system, SF logs, SSD wear, so many things that could contribute- what I'm driving at is that the problem seems to be unique to your setup

I've already checked everything, nothing unusual. Streamfab just stops working... So I'm waiting for an update; maybe it'll work again then...

Update: Downgraded to 6264 remuxed back to 4K from Disney... Update2: Okay... Something must have happened to my computer, because even the previous version freezes... How do I do a clean reinstall of Streamfab so that all temporary data, settings, and registry files are completely gone?! Streamfab freezes during "GPU Video Decode"! How can I fix this problem?

Okay, one more time, until there's a fix. I'll show you my Task Manager and the log. The program was expensive, I'm requesting a fix. I heard from a user on Reddit that he has the same problem.! If it helps:
-When leaving the mouse (wireless) untouched while SF is downloading and processing: No Freeze
-When moving the mouse curser regularily while SF is downloading and processing: No Freeze
-When leaving the mouse untouched for 25 minutes and then resume moving the curser while SF is processing, Program freezes and Windows asks if to wait or close SF.

For me, Disney+ takes about 6 minutes to finish an episode and start the next. It seems to get stuck Processing. Task manager shows the processes are running not hanging. Remuxing is pretty quick.
It never used to take anywhere near that long.
UPDATE: the file Wilson.Wang posted has fixed the issue for me.

btw: I never had a freeze or crash during analysis, download or remux ..
.. only two SF freezes with 6264-6 after successful downloads.
So I couldn’t see any difference at first glance.

Apple TV in 4K worked perfectly, three batch downloads without any problems. Tested with The Simpsons on Disney+, no issues. Excellent, thank you very much!

I am having mixed results with Apple 4K using beta. I tried a few episodes of Pluribus and they worked great. Then I tried Foundation and this happened.
Download took 30 minutes, Pluribus only took about 2 minutes.
After download completed, it started up at 0% again, but this time at a good speed. Half way through second download it the progress bar changed from Downloading Video to Downloading Audio and it almost stopped. I waited for it to finish, it took 90 minutes. When I tried to play file, the audio cut out a few minutes in.
I tried multiple episodes of Foundation, same result.

So still not working for me. @Wilson.Wang

ok so maybe SF still doesn’t deal with non-US stores correctly, having said that, I don’t get that for ATV UK, but then again, I only download a handful at a time and stop downloads when SF downloads the wrong track… I’ve only had SF flake out when I stopped it in the middle of a download, but it’s always been flaky there
