This company is a complete scam!!! I downloaded this product for a specific reason and when I tried to use it as advertised it didn’t work. I immediately requested a refund and was given the same AI response multiple times claiming they were “updating their product” and to download again in a few days. I replied saying i no longer needed the product and to refund my $54. They have given me a BS response 6x
eventually leading to the exact same message they first sent.

What did you pay $54 for? StreamFab is much more than $54 if you purchased it from DVDFab.

As for it not working, depends on what you expected, vs what the software can do. There are many using it daily or weekly, with little to no issues. Sure, there may be minor bugs, but generally its working.

They do give refunds, but obviously want to try to make it work for you first.
Be patient, try the updated version; then get refund if it no longer works for you.
It won’t work without authorization, so you can’t scam them in return, btw.
