SF 6.2.6.7 not offering MAD MEN in 4K for HBO Max?

HBO Max (US) now has Mad Men available in 4K but StreamFab is only offering max resolution of 1080p for me.

Is anyone able to get it in 4K? I have the 4K plan and download other titles in 4K resolution, but this title isn’t shoing 4K.

I don’t have auto-analyze enabled and I’ve tried to analyze starting with Season 7, then again started from Season 1, but after SF analyzes all seasons it offers HDR10 and DV but only with a max resolution of 1080p.

I reset logs to start “clean” with an attempt to analyze from Season 7, but I’m not proficient at reading them so don’t know if anything is out of order that points to the problem. (I didn’t start any downloads, no point since I want the 4K versions, so the log ends right after I closed the downloader window.)

Appreciate anyone confirming they can/can’t get it in 4K or any other help offered…

s02e01 + s03e01 + s04e01 are offered in max 2560×1440 (known as QHD )

s05e01 + s06e01 + s07e01 are offered as 3840×2160 (4k)

I see in your screen capture it’s being downloaded as “main movie” and that’s giving you 4K resolution options. I’m not sure how you did that?

(Compare to my screen capture showing the dialog with TV/season options at the right.)

Would I have to play each episode individually and analyze while playing to get a 4K resolution one at a time?

Use “Movie Mode” => Analyze manually after start playing ..
.. or edit the queue => like here
