I first start by saying I don’t have Apple TV.
But I do read here and follow the progress of it
480p seems very odd, as streamfab has been updated to support up to 4k for Apple TV.

You could try uninstalling, then installing the latest version again.
If that doesn’t help, then close streamfab and delete the streamfab temp folder, usually located at:
%HOMEPATH%\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\
Disregard, as the OP has Mac version.
There is a good chance, if it’s the Mac version, it doesn’t work.
Other than that, maybe someone who has Apple TV can give more insight.
